SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WJPF) — July was another record breaking month for recreational cannabis sales in Illinois.

Nearly $61 million dollars worth of product was sold throughout the state, breaking the old record of $47.6 million in sales set in June.

Since January 1, over $300 million worth of recreational cannabis has been sold in Illinois.
