SESSER, IL. (WJPF) – Five felony charges have been filed against Former Sesser Mayor Ned Mitchell.

The 70-year-old was arrested in January on drug charges after the execution of a search warrant at a Sesser residence. Also arrested was 42-year-old Elaina Kays. She faces four felony charges.
