MARION, IL. (WJPF) — A Marion man will spend the next five years in federal prison on charges he robbed a Marion gas station.

38-year-old Travis Taylor held up the Valero Gas Station in April of last year.

He’s pleaded guilty to one count of Interference with Commerce by Robbery, a violation of the Hobbs Act.

In addition to the prison time, Taylor must also pay the business over $1,100 in restitution.
