UNION COUNTY, IL. (WJPF) – An Anna man described by police as armed as suicidal and who later surrendered to police now faces weapons charges.

34-year-old Josh Baker is charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm.

Baker surrendered to police inside of the Anna Wal*Mart following a search.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 9th.
