A Johnston City man will spend the next four years in state prison after being arrested on drug charges while already on probation for felony theft.

According to press release from Williamson County State’s Attorney Brandon Zanotti, 30 year old Adam Jennings was first arrested, charged, and found guilty in early 2016 of the felony theft of an ATV.

In December of 2016, while on probation for theft, Jennings was again arrested; this time for possession of a hypodermic syringe adapted for illegal drugs as well as resisting a police officer.
