Marion, Ill. – Governor Pat Quinn is expected to sign legislation in Marion Tuesday that would ease regulations on poker runs.

The legislation, sponsored by State Senator Gary Forby, takes enforcement authority away from the state and gives it to county authorities. They will be able to issue licenses for poker runs, where bikers travel from one stop to the next, collecting poker hands.

Quinn is scheduled to sign the legislation at Black Diamond Harley Davidson at 3:15 p.m.
