The third death in southern Illinois connected with the H1N1 virus was announced yesterday. Southern Seven Health Department announced the death saying it was an adult from Alexander County but did not release the name or age of the person. Officials did say, like the first two deaths from Jackson and Williamson County the person did have underlying medical conditions but did not specify. Southern Seven did receive a limited shipment of vaccine and are in the process of taking appointments from the priority groups.
