In Saline County, a man will see 12 years behind bars for selling cocaine.
32-year-old Jariah Thomas Moss of Harrisburg was convicted Friday after pleading guilty to the Class 1 Felony charge of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
Police say an investigation led by the Southern Illinois Drug Task Force led to Moss’ arrest. He was taken into custody after police say Moss sold about 1.6 grams of cocaine to a confidential informant in a Walmart parking lot.
Moss is also charged with a residential burglary in 2013. He will face a jury trial on April 30.
