Woman Admits Reckless Conduct in Dog Attack

A Bush woman has pleaded guilty to reckless conduct in a dog attack case.

48-year-old Tanya Holland pleaded guilty yesterday in a Williamson County courtroom. Holland’s two pit bull mixes attacked a 5-year-old boy at Bush Village Park in August 2010. Leaving him with severe bites on his head, face and legs – his mother was also injured while trying to fight off the dogs.
Prosecutors say Holland knew the dogs were violent and allowed them to run loose anyway. She will be sentenced March 7.
