JALC Approves 2013-2014 Budget

The John A. Logan College Board of Trustees has approved a budget for the current fiscal year that began in July.
The board approved a $38 million budget yesterday, which is the first time in seven years that the college has cut spending.
This comes as officials expect state revenues to drop, along with money from tuition and fees, even though officials recently raised tuition to $97-per-credit-hour.
