In Franklin County, the man accused of gunning down a woman in the parking lot of a card shop will have another status hearing before his trial.
The status hearing for 39-year-old Donald Lee is scheduled for Tuesday. This came after a judge gave the go-ahead for a fee allocation up to $1,500 to have experts review certain pieces of evidence, including DNA samples.
Lee is accused of shooting and killing Brittany Andrews in the parking lot of Vickee’s Card Shop in Benton in May. His trial will start on October 8th.
