Dallacosta Found Guilty Of Murder

In Williamson County, a teenager will see 45 years behind bars for his role in a murder.
17-year-old Joshua Dallacosta of Herrin was found guilty and sentenced on charges of first degree murder in the death of 73-year-old Charles James. James was shot to death at his home in Freeman Spur in May of 2011. His girlfriend was injured.
Dallacosta’s mother, Katie Bodie, has already pleaded guilty to the murder. She is serving a 50-year sentence.

James’ daughter, Cindy Stearns, is awaiting trial. No date has been announced.
