The Smoke Break Tobacco Shop

Four Charged For Selling Synthetic Drugs

In Franklin County, the total number of people charged with selling drugs out of the Smoke Break Tobacco Shop is now four.
Daniel and Cindy Schmechel face 13 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The charges involve the possession of several analog substances, or synthetic drugs.
Dorothy Williams was also charged in Friday’s indictments. Erin Williams was arrested last week for selling controlled substances from the tobacco shop in Benton.
All four are charged with completing those transactions within 1,000 feet of a church.
