Moving Jobs to Texas?

For days, Texas Gov. Rick Perry's $80,000 ad campaign has been urging Illinois companies to relocate to his state. Now he'll relay the message in person.
The former Republican presidential candidate is in Illinois Monday and Tuesday.
His broadcast and print ad campaign has been urging companies to "Get out while there's still time."
On Tuesday, he'll speak at the 2013 BIO International Convention in Chicago. The event draws business people from around the world and Perry will talk at an afternoon session about state legislative practices that support bioscience economic development.
Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn has said the Land of Lincoln doesn't need advice from Perry and has defended the state's business climate, even with its monstrous financial problems. That includes the highest pension debt of any state nationwide.
