Harrisburg High School is in hot water after a graduate of the school claims the administration allowed racist behavior on campus.
The lawsuit, filed yesterday in federal court, says Prinicipal Karen Crank and the district board allowed students to hang a noose in a locker room with the name of a black student, Roman McKinnley Moore, attached to it.
The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Moore and says the inaction by school administrators violated the Civil Rights Act.
