Carbondale Police are looking for a missing runaway.
19-year-old Brooke Hemann was last seen January 25 on the 900 block of East Walnut Street in Carbondale, wearing black pants and a gray jacket.
Hemann has the tattoo "Bud" on the back of her neck and scars on both arms.

Police say she could be en route to Champaign.
