In Jackson County, two people will see time in jail for separate marijuana crimes and another will see time for criminal trespass.
37 year old Lindsay Allen, originally from West Frankfort, will see five years in jail for unlawful possession with intent to deliver.
She was arrested in May for carrying two pounds of marijuana and $8,000 in cash. She was already on parole for an obstruction of justice charge in Williamson County.
25-year-old Trennis Hudson will see three years in jail for growing marijuana sativa plants.
In December 2010, police say they found 99 plants inside his home. He originally received probation, but violated that by getting arrested for possession of a handgun.
Another man in Jackson County will see four years in jail for criminal trespassing.
39-year-old Michael Ravellette is one of two men police accuse of invading a home in July with the intent to rob the resident. They later assaulted the victim and caused serious injuries.
Joseph Burton, the other suspect, is serving a five-year sentence.
