Kely Arbuckle, the man accused of shooting 20-year-old Toren Stanley earlier this month, is behind bars.
Carbondale Police say Arbuckle was found in St. Francis County, Arkansas. He is charged with first degree murder after allegedly shooting Stanley March 9th in Carbondale.
The US Marshal Service, Arkansas State Police, the St. Francis County, Arkansas Sheriff’s Office and the Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force all assisted in the investigation.
