Owners of a bar in Harrisburg where a man was stabbed on New Year’s could lose their liquor license.
Harrisburg mayor Eric Gregg said he sent the owners of Poor Boys Lounge a notice for a hearing that will take place Tuesday morning.
Gregg says he’ll ask the owners about the details of the incident in which 27-year-old Jason Teegarden was stabbed by 27-year-old Roger Combs. Then, he will have five days to decide on the status of Poor Boy’s liquor license.
Combs was charged with aggravated battery in a public place, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and unlawful use of a weapon. He is being held in Saline County Jail on $25,000 bond.
Gregg says Teegarden’s condition is getting better, but he still sustained severe injuries.
