Second suspect in Union County murder is in custody



The second suspect in the murder of a man in Dongola was taken into custody in Mississippi over the weekend. 26 year old Michael Ellis of Elkville was arrested in Chickasaw County, Mississippi on a Union County warrant. Ellis and Tommy Reams 27 are accused of killing Gerald Dziczkowski last month in rural Dongola. Ellis faces first degree murder, while Reams faces two counts of first degree murder and one count of home invasion. Ellis is awaiting extradition from Mississippi where he also faces charges for fleeing a traffic stop.
