A man suspected of robbing two banks in Mount Vernon has been found in Florida.
37 year old Willie Franklin of Urbana is suspected of robbing the Fifth Third Bank in Mount Vernon on January 5th, according to Mount Vernon police.
He is also a suspect in the December 11th robbery of Gen Fed Credit Union in Mount Vernon, along with robberies at several other banks in Illinois, Missouri and Indiana.

Franklin is being held in Florida, awaiting extradition to Illinois.
