The man accused of shooting and killing a woman near a Benton flower shop is pleading not guilty.
39-year-old Donald Lee entered the plea for two counts of first degree murder yesterday in court. He is accused of shooting 23-year-old Brittany Andrews on May 17.
According to reports, Lee and Andrews dated off-and-on.
Lee also has a criminal past. He was convicted of a burglary and attempted murder in 1991. Lee and another person tied-up a victim with a vacuum cord and held him at gunpoint.
Lee has pre-trial hearings on July 3 and August 29, and is his trial is set for September 10.
