Mob Action Charges For Three Men In Carbondale

In Carbondale, three people face charges of mob action after an incident Friday night.
30-year-old Terry Little, 28-year-old Manuel Shanklin and 34-year-old Detrick Rogers, all from Murphysboro, were arrested over the weekend.
Police accuse the three men of two separate altercations on Friday, one outside city limits and another on the 800 block of South Illinois Avenue.
Police say two of the men brandished handguns during the incident in town, and one of the men struck the victim, causing non-life threatening injuries.
All three men face mob action charges; Both Shanklin and Little were charged with unlawful use of a weapon. Little was also charged with possession of a stolen firearm; Shanklin with no valid FOID card and obstructing justice while Rogers also faces a charge of Aggravated Battery.
A preliminary hearing for all three men will be held on November 7.
