A man from Harrisburg is in guarded condition after a stabbing on New Year’s.

27-year-old Roger Combs stabbed another 27-year-old, Jason Teegarden, in the parking lot of Poor Boys Lounge in Harrisburg just after 2 a.m. Tuesday.

Combs is being held on charges of aggravated battery and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.

An investigation is being conducted by Illinois State Police.

Combs is being held in Suh-Leen County Jail on $25,000 bond.
