Police in Williamson County are investigating a fire that occurred in the Lake of Egypt area.
Williamson County Sheriff Bennie Vick says his office is working with the Illinois State Fire Marshall to investigate the cause.
The fire occurred around 9:45 a.m. yesterday and several crews were called. An air-evac team was called to rescue a disabled daughter inside, but she had been rescued by her step father.
Two others were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
