21-year-old Tyree McQueen-Johnson of Carbondale will see four years behind bars for illegal sale of firearms.
Jackson County State’s Attorney Mike Carr says McQueen-Johnson sold two shotguns to a source working with the Southern Illinois Enforcement Group on Dec. 31st, one of which had been reported stolen in a residential burglary in Carbondale.
Police say he knew the guns were stolen when he sold them.
37-year-old Orlando Clark of Carbondale will also see four years in prison for the delivery of a controlled substance.
Clark delivered cocaine to a source working with the Southern Illinois Enforcement Group on Feb. 19 and March 22nd of 2010.
