Gov. Pat Quinn says he will veto any legislation with special tax breaks to get Archer Daniels Midland Company to keep its global headquarters in Illinois - until lawmakers address the state's pension crisis.
Quinn says it's "the wrong time" to talk about tax incentives for any company.

The company has asked lawmakers for up to $24 million in tax breaks to keep the headquarters in Illinois.
