The man accused of killing four people in Nebraska will go back to the state to face trial after he was found in Union County earlier this week.
Anthony Garcia of Terre Haute, Ind., will be arraigned on four counts each of first-degree murder and use of a deadly weapon. Garcia waived extradition at a hearing Wednesday.
The 40-year-old doctor is being held without bond on suspicion of the 2008 stabbing deaths of the 11-year-old son of Dr. William Hunter and Hunter's housekeeper, as well as the May slayings of Dr. Roger Brumback and Brumback's wife.
Both Hunter and Brumback fired Garcia from Creighton University's pathology program in 2001.
