The Ewing-Northern School Board has reached a tentative agreement on a new contract with the Ewing-Northern Federation of Teachers, avoiding a possible teacher’s strike.
The two sides reached the agreement in meetings with a mediator last night, and the agreement was ratified this morning, according to Ewing-Northern Superintendent Kristin Ing.
The agreement will be officially signed by school board members when they convene for their monthly meeting on the 28th.
