A man will see four years in prison for defrauding a homeowner in Anna.
45-year-old Johnny Layne of West Frankfort was convicted for promising tree-trimming services to a homeowner for $1,130 dollars, but after he was paid upfront, Layne didn't show up to complete the work.
He was sentenced on one charge of felony theft.
