The lawyerfor 59-year-old William McKinney , Eric Dirnbeck, filed a motion to withdraw from the case because McKinney is a witness in several of Dirnbeck's other cases.
The judge pushed the arraignment date back to August 21st to give McKinney time to find another lawyer.
