Marion man sentenced for selling “ice” methamphetamine

A Marion man will spend the next 14 years on prison on meth charges.

According to a release from US Attorney Donald Boyce, 51 year old Ricky Shull was sentenced Wednesday for selling “ice” – a much purer form of methamphetamine to a confidential police source.

Court documents revealed that Shull was responsible for putting 436.45 grams of the drug on the streets.

He had previously pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and one count of the distribution of methamphetamine.
