A second man has been indicted in the shooting death of Detrick Rogers.
Cortez Turner is now charged with first degree murder in the case.

38 year old Rogers was shot and killed October 24 near Shoemaker Drive in Murphysboro.

26 year old Juwan K. Jackson is also charged in the murder. Prosecutors say Turner and Jackson were working together.
