A Randolph Co. man is charged with aggravated battery of a child.
24-year old Johnathan Doane of Evansville was arrested after authorities say his 3-month old child suffered a head injury and a broken leg.
Doane was arrested on October 29th and was released on bond.
A preliminary hearing is set for November 19th.
