Murphysboro, Ill. – Police say two people are in custody for allegedly stealing a motorcycle.

Police say 19-year-old Billy Reed was located near an abandoned motorcycle in an alley around 2:18 Saturday morning. Police say 18-year-old William Finney was also involved in taking the motorcycle from a home on Manning Street and arrested a short time later.

Both Reed and Finney are from Murphysboro. They’re in custody at the Jackson County Jail.
