Six people have been sentenced to prison time in Union County.
31-year-old Johnnie Morse of Anna has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for two counts of sexually assaulting a woman. He was arrested in May of 2013. He is required to register as a sex offender.
55-year-old Snyder Herrin of Hurst will see six years in prison after pleading guilty to unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. The crime occurred in February of this year.
28-year-old Christopher McCoy of Kentucky has been sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to a Class 2 Felony charge stemming from an incident where he struck a Union County Sheriff’s Deputy in a holding cell.
31-year-old Joshua Mixen of Jonesboro will see three years in jail for a weapons charge.
42-year-old Rober Lence of Ullin has been sentenced to 18 months in jail for unlawful presence within a school zone by a sex offender.
26-year-old Bryant Nolan of Mill Creek has been sentenced to 30 months in jail for purchasing a meth precursor.
