Murphysboro, Ill. – Police are investigating an armed robbery at the WalMart in Murphysboro.

The robbery happened around 10:22 p.m. Saturday. Police say a black male entered the store, approached the service desk and demanded money.

Police say the suspect inferred he had a gun but didn’t actually show one.
No one was injured in the altercation.
