'No Contact' Violation



A woman from Carbondale has been found guilty on two charges that she violated a “No Stalking, No Contact,” order from the court.
 
50-year-old Martha Schouest-Donvito was convicted Monday on charges that she had illegal contact with her neighbors.
 
The incident occurred February 26, 2012 when Carbondale Police received a call that she was yelling threats and obscenities at her neighbors.
 
Each count carries a possible sentence of up to three years in prison. Sentencing will be March 27th.
